Under Mr Oon's direction, Island Landcap Properties Group has gained recognition through its successful launch of prominent property developments, namely: the pioneering project introducing 2-master bedroom units for Taman Tun Hussein Onn (Phase I and II), the prestigious landed residential project offering unique European design; Casablanca Heights (Phase I and II) and the iconic European-style landmark; Cassia Resort Condominium (Phase I and II).

Mr. Oon received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree with a major in Physics and minor in Management from University Sains Malaysia. Mr. Oon has pioneered the leadership in the Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Young Entrepreneur section as the first appointed Chairman.
